患者邢秀俠，女，49歲；因"全身水腫1月，胸悶氣喘3天"入院。患者氣喘胸悶，心包填塞癥狀明顯，休克心律失常頻繁出現。查胸部CT及心臟彩超提示：大量心包積液。
為緩解病人痛苦，減輕心包壓塞癥狀，重癥醫學科于2021年10月22日上午，在超聲引導下行心包穿刺引流術，手術順利，引流出約200ml淡黃色心包積液，術后患者胸悶氣喘癥狀緩解。
心包穿刺引流術是心包積液患者重要的搶救措施，挽救病人于危急之中，快速解除患者痛苦，超聲引導下可起到精準、微創、可視化的優點。超聲引導下穿刺技術的成功開展體現了多學科專業化配合協作的能力，也提高了科室人員對開展新技術、新項目的積極性。
