四、投標須知：
1、投標人是合規企業，須提供項目所在地環境保護部門對使用后未被污染輸液瓶（袋）等塑料制品、玻璃輸液瓶處置項目的環評審批等相關手續。
2、投標人具有對本項目固體廢物的收集、貯存、運輸處置能力。為防止滴漏，需用全封閉車輛運輸。
